The information is already in the image
Images that have already been described in Lightroom, Photoshop or straight in the camera carry titles, descriptions, photographer credits and keywords with them. When you upload, the media bank reads in the embedded metadata and fills in the fields for you.
EXIF, IPTC and XMP are recognised automatically and land in the right fields. What the photographer has already filled in no one needs to record again, and the images become searchable from the very first moment.
